Terms of Service

1. Engagement & Scoping

We deliver technical software services based on agreed scope of work, milestone timelines, and fee schedules. Any modifications to the project scope must be formally approved in writing.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment and settlement of each milestone, all intellectual property, design assets, and source code generated under that milestone will be transferred entirely to the client.

3. Code Delivery

Code delivery is completed by pushing commits to the client's GitHub organization or designated hosting repositories. The client is responsible for maintaining access and backup configurations.

4. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh, India.
